Nestled in an olive grove south of Ostuni, Villa Dianora is a recently completed, single-storey villa with an outdoor pool, contemporary style and views towards the coast. Furnished with designer style, the interiors span three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living space with a kitchen and dining area. Designed for comfort and sustainability, there is a photovoltaic system and high-tech materials. Outdoors, guests will find an al fresco dining area beneath a bioclimatic pergola, a built-in barbecue and a furnished sun deck by the distinctive sapphire-green pool. Scenic and convenient, the setting is a short drive from local shops in Carovigno, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve and beaches of the Adriatic.

Interior:

The villa is laid out on one floor. MAIN FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge, access to the front terrace; two double bedrooms with king size bed; two bathrooms with showers, one on each side of the villa; laundry room with external access near the pergola.

Park:

The property extends across approximately 4000 sq m of fenced terrain, planted with olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs. A paved ramp leads from the entrance gate to a parking area for four cars. A 20 m stone walkway connects the parking area to the main entrance. The garden includes a tiled terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor dining area, a sitting area beside the pool and a built-in steel barbecue. The grounds are enclosed with wire mesh fencing. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular pool lies directly in front of the villa and is accessed via two teak steps. It measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in non-slip, athermal porcelain stoneware in a sapphire green tone; saltwater purification system; internal lighting; teak-paved sun deck with sunbeds; hot and cold-water outdoor shower; adjacent lounge area between the pool and the veranda. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
