Interior:

In the main villa, there is a large living and dining area with three comfortable double bedrooms and two shower rooms. All the interior space is furnished in an attractive, contemporary style with neutral tones, light wooden and rattan furniture, pretty cushions and sea blue fabrics. For larger groups, there is a guest annexe with a further double bedroom. Main Villa: Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area opening to a terrace, three double bedrooms (140cm), two shower rooms. Annexe: open-plan room, one double bedroom (140cm) and one shower room.

Park:

The living area opens out onto a wide decked terrace with a pool and sun loungers. An outside kitchen with built-in barbecue and wood oven and covered dining area provides an excellent opportunity for summer dining. A lawned area and mature olive and pine trees offer further areas to relax and soak in the views. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The panoramic swimming pool is located just a few steps in front of the villa. The spacious solarium, finished in wood-effect material, features sun loungers, while the pool edge is lined with white stone. Access to the water is via an internal Roman-style staircase and a metal ladder. The rectangular pool with chlorinated water measures 10 × 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.30 to 2 meters. A hot-water outdoor shower is also available. The pool is illuminated in the evening and is open from May 1st to October 31st.
