The villa is divided into two wings, connected by a central entrance hall. LEFT WING, FIRST FLOOR – Living room; kitchen overlooking the garden; two double bedrooms, shared bathroom with shower. RIGHT WING, GROUND FLOOR – Series of living rooms; dining room with seating for twelve; kitchen; bathroom with shower. RIGHT WING, FIRST FLOOR – Four double bedrooms; one twin bedroom; shared bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a 1,000 sq m garden with tall trees, plants and lawns. A veranda near the pool features a dining table and seating area. Private parking is available for up to four cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located within the garden, measures 12 x 7 m with a depth of 1.5 to 2 m; ladder access; surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Open from 20 May to 30 September.
