Progettata con linee contemporanee e ampi spazi esterni, la villa è caratterizzata da un tetto inclinato che ombreggia una terrazza perimetrale panoramica. Gli interni, luminosi e ariosi, si aprono verso l’esterno tramite grandi porte-finestre che collegano la zona giorno open space alla terrazza. La villa può ospitare fino a otto persone in quattro camere da letto ed è dotata di numerosi comfort per il relax e il benessere, tra cui una piscina esterna con angolo idromassaggio, una piscina interna con cascata e nuoto controcorrente, e una sauna. Circondata da terrazze levigate e giardini curati, rappresenta una base comoda e accogliente per godere della natura marchigiana, a breve distanza da borghi, sentieri naturalistici e dalle spiagge dell’Adriatico.

The villa has two floors connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and seating area; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one guest bathroom; laundry room; indoor pool room (with dimension 3 x 5,5m and 1,20m deep); sauna. FIRST FLOOR – One twin bedroom with joinable beds; one twin bedroom with French size beds; one bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double shower head.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by lawned gardens and smooth paved terraces that wrap around the ground floor. The shaded portico and surrounding terrace are furnished with sunbeds, outdoor seating and a dining table. An electric vehicle charging point is also available. The access road includes a final stretch of approximately 400 m on an unpaved track. Parking is available for up to five vehicles inside the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The outdoor pool is located on a lower level of the garden, bordered by a lawn and paved sunbathing area; rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; access via Roman steps; chlorine purification; internal lighting; hydromassage corner. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in September. The indoor pool is located on the ground floor; rectangular in shape, it measures 5.5 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; access via steps; chlorine purification; internal lighting; countercurrent swimming; waterfall cascade.
