Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Trulli Biancapetra is a characterful stone trulli house with a pool, surrounded by a lawned garden and an extensive olive grove. Carefully restored in 2022, the villa retains its original architecture, combining exposed stone walls and distinctive conical roofs with modern comforts and simple, functional interiors. Sleeping up to ten guests, it spans four bedrooms and four bathrooms across a main house and annexe. Outside in the garden, there are shaded outdoor dining areas, a pool surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating, with views over olive and citrus trees. The location offers easy access to both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, as well as the historic towns of the Itria Valley. The owners’ home is located behind the annexe with independent access and does not share the outdoor spaces.

Interior:

The property consists of two single-storey units. TRULLO – Dining room; Kitchenette with two-burner stovetop (access via archway 1.60 m high); three double bedrooms (one with French size bed), each with en suite bathroom with shower; alcove used as relaxation area with double bed; external laundry room. ANNEX – One double bedroom; one bathroom with shower.

Park:

The grounds extend over more than four hectares and are bordered by hedging and green wire mesh fencing. The garden includes olive trees, citrus trees, pomegranate, lantana and lavender, with two large eucalyptus trees and a pine near the central area. A shaded outdoor dining area is located beneath a gazebo near a fixed barbecue and table with chairs. A second gazebo with sofas and a coffee table overlooks the pool. A relaxation area with stone seating and cushions is located beneath an olive tree. A private covered parking area is available on the east side of the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular pool measures 10 x 4 m with a depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m; lined in PVC; hydromassage jets on two sides; Roman steps for access; internal lighting. The solarium is paved in stoneware and furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella. A cold-water shower is positioned beneath an olive tree. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
