The small infinity pool with stunning views and the cozy outdoor lounge complete the experience. Please note that the owner has a small wooden house about 15 meters from the villa, where he stays on weekends in order to be available for check-in, check-out, or any other needs. The pool is not visible from his house, but the access road is shared. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, which is not enclosed by a safety railing.

The main entrance opens directly onto a spacious open-plan area with a contemporary design, featuring a living room with a modular sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen.
Large glass doors frame the view of the outdoor terraces and offer an unparalleled panorama of the surrounding landscape.
Along the hallway leading to the bedrooms, there is a small yet functional study area—perfect for those seeking a quiet corner to read or work.
On the same level, you'll find the master bedroom with stunning sea views and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
A few steps up, a raised level hosts a second double bedroom, furnished with two 1.20 m single beds, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Both bedrooms have private access to the garden, offering a sense of independence and a direct connection to the surrounding nature.
Park:
From the parking area, which can comfortably accommodate two cars, you reach a manual gate that provides access to the property. A flower-lined pathway leads to the entrance of the villa, nestled in a terraced garden filled with fruit trees, succulents, and flowering shrubs that gracefully frame the house. Guests are welcomed by a spacious outdoor dining area with a table for ten, shaded by a pergola. Right next to it, the covered masonry outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with two gas burners, a built-in barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and a sink. A few external steps lead to a more intimate dining area with a table for four, which also houses the washing machine, elegantly concealed from view.
At the front of the house, the large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea features a cozy outdoor living area with two comfortable sofas and a small infinity pool.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located directly in front of the house, set into the cliffside terrace on the hillside, offering a spectacular view of the sea. It measures 2.5 by 3 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters, and access to the water is via a Roman-style staircase. The interior is lined with PVC, while the surrounding terrace is finished with porcelain stoneware tiles. In this sunbathing area, there are two sun loungers and four deck chairs. On the lawn adjacent to the pool, there is also a small table with seating for four. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and remains open and usable from April 1st to October 31st.
As the pool is located on a steep drop with no railing, children should be supervised at all times when using it.
