Description:

RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Carlotta is a restored stone farmhouse set in a scenic hillside setting near Pescia. Equipped for luxurious relaxation, the villa features a heated indoor pool with hydromassage, a sauna and a panoramic outdoor pool in the garden. Sleeping up to eight, this two-storey villa has been carefully restored to retain its characterful original wooden beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. With modern country style furnishings throughout, the interiors span an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor and four double bedrooms on the upper floor. Outside, a portico and terrace for dining and drinks overlooks the pool and lawned garden, fringed with greenery, chestnut trees, cypresses and olive trees. Open views from the villa extend over the Valdinievole countryside and the medieval villages of the Svizzera Pesciatina.

Interior:

The villa has two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with ornamental fireplace; kitchen and dining area; bathroom with shower; laundry; indoor pool room with sauna and direct outdoor access. A stone staircase leads to the FIRST FLOOR – Four double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower.

Park:

The villa is set within a lawned garden planted with olive trees, cypresses, chestnut trees and flowering shrubs. A paved portico with dining and seating areas faces the garden and pool. The indoor pool and sauna are located in a dedicated ground-floor room with independent garden access. Parking is available approximately 10 m from the villa entrance, just beyond the entrance gate. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The outdoor pool is set in the lawned garden directly in front of the villa and portico; rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 7.5 m with a constant depth of 1.45 m; lined in granite-coloured PVC; access via Roman steps; salt purification; internal lighting; surrounded by a travertine-paved sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a hot and cold outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The indoor pool is located in a dedicated room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden; rectangular in shape, it measures 4.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined in granite-coloured PVC; access via Roman steps; salt purification; internal lighting; hydromassage stations. The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, except in July and August when the heating is deactivated.
